There are three levels: Level 1 Committed, Level 2 Employer and Level 3 Leader.

Leader validation: To become a Disability Confident Leader, your self-assessment must be validated by a Level 3 accredited organisation. As a Disability Confident Leader, we can validate your Level 3 self-assessment.
