Richard Dixon on finding work back in the UK

I’ve worked in IT and transformation training for over 20 years working globally, training in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Being multi-lingual has opened a lot of doors for me, working with some great companies including JP Morgan, SAP, CapGemini, Accenture and KPMG.
After great success of delivering international training overseas, I decided to move back to the UK to seek new opportunities in Greater Manchester, the UK and EMEA.
As I was looking for a new role in training and change management, I got a call from Annalee from the Aspire team, asking if I would be interested in a training position for the Growth Company - they were looking for a senior team member to design, plan, maintain and deliver training with the goal of becoming an agile business.
To help with my job search, I had registered with a few recruitment firms, but Aspire came across as having a more relaxed yet professional manner; unlike other recruitment organisations which tend to treat candidates like a commodity to be marketed and sold. The other great thing about Aspire, was that the interval between initial screening and job offer was very fast.
The entire recruitment process was incredibly smooth, quick and professional. I found them to be very personable too and would highly rate them for anyone seeking their next role.
