We are recruiting for two customer service / sales operatives to work in a contact centre environment, making and receiving calls and handling card payments over the phone.
Within this role you will engage with parents of school children who have expressed an interest in taking part in a 3 week residential experience over the summer. You will answer any questions the parents have and work to secure the placement (overcoming any objections) before taking card payments over the telephone.
The hours are part time between the hours 8.00am - 8.00pm inc weekends. The hours will be confirmed week by week.
You will have strong communication skills, be confident in handling and responding to customer questions, be enthusiastic about the opportunity available to the students and have the confidence to take payments over the phone.
Due to the nature of this role an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check will be completed which will identify any criminal convictions.
