Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an administrator who will provide day-to-day administrative support both internally and to external sub contract delivery partners within the National Citizenship Service (NCS) supply chain.


You will be responsible for management of the IT software systems, creating new user accounts and providing first line support before escalating any technical support queries to the IT team.  You will also be responsible for raising PO’s, ordering stationary, arranging travel and managing senior managers’ diaries when required.


You will have previous experience within administration/customer services and have a proven track record in working as part of a team.  Ideally you will have an understanding of the NSC programme or you might have worked for a training provider or any organisation which works with young people.


Due to the nature of this role an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check will be completed which will identify any criminal convictions.
