To contribute to the enrolment procedures and
undertake any necessary registration of students with external professional
To service Assessment Board meetings, preparing agendas and board
reports and providing advice on regulations and related matters.
To assist with processes for attendance monitoring and option
selection and to gather any necessary data.
Assist with processes associated with student engagement,
withdrawal, suspension and course transfer, ensuring that all necessary
procedures are followed.
To service Programme Committees as required. This will
include: producing and distributing the relevant documentation, attending
meetings, recording the minutes, generating the necessary correspondence and
follow up action and providing advice on matters of procedure.
To produce information to support liaison with external examiners,
external agencies, collaborative partners and PSRBs.
To provide guidance and support in respect of programme
specific regulations, policies and procedures. This may include
specialist advice to students in relation to the implications of changes to
programmes or study/option choices and the potential impact of final award
experience in an administrative role, which includes providing professional and
efficient service to customers and management of complex records.

Experience of working in a customer facing
environment in Higher Education or similar.
Proficiency in working with standard office IT
applications, such as Microsoft Word, Access and Excel, as well as the ability
to learn how to access and interrogate in-house systems.
