Digital Marketing Specialist


Up to £28,000 per annum

Full-time, Permanent


Job Description:

This role will involve in working leading on the strategic development, planning and delivery of digital (and traditional) marketing campaigns and content create for a leading provider of quality assessment accreditations.  You will have extensive experience across Linkedin Campaigns, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics and be able to grow the followers across all social platforms.  In addition to this you will be responsible for content creation including website, flyers, print, banner and case studies.   


Key Responsibilities:

·         Work with Group Marketing and delivery teams to develop and deliver strategic digital activity.

·         To manage digital channels including website, eLearning platforms, social media, email, paid search and SEO to meet CFA and stakeholder requirements.

·         To plan and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns and produce informative and engaging content for multiple audiences across our digital channels.

·         To ensure that all digital activity achieves set KPI’s.

·         Regular reporting, analysis and optimisation of digital campaigns to maximize user experience and ROI.

·         To assist in the management of day-to-day operational issues associated with the digital platforms

·         Create engaging and compelling stories that convey the value propositions and demonstrates the benefits of our services.

·         Project and stakeholder management of digital revenue generation activity.

·         Management of outsourced provision where required.

·         Own compliance with company process and GDPR

·         Assist with other marketing activities and projects as and when required

·         Any other reasonable activity required as it arises.


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing role either with an agency or in-house.
  • Can demonstrate experience of website updates using CMS.
  • Experience of developing and delivering effective communications across a number of social media platforms and delivering tangible results against KPIs 
  • Experience of using analytical tools to optimize digital strategy results and report on campaign ROI.
  • Experience in running effective PPC campaigns.
  • Experience of managing relationships with external agencies/contractors, e.g. web and design agencies.
  • Running effective lead generation campaigns that produce a positive ROI.



  • Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
  • Company systems and procedure – after training
  • GDPR in relation to digital marketing
  • Knowledge of assessment/auditing and training services – after training
