Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Employment Coaches who have the passion and drive to support job seekers to identify and overcome their individual barriers to employment.

Working with a fluctuating caseload of customers, you will be manage the entire job seeker journey; from completion of initial assessment to the day-to-day management of your caseload.  Through partnership working with a network of training providers you will enable job seekers to access personal growth and new skills which will ultimately move them closer to being job ready.

You will be experienced in setting and monitoring SMART targets and most importantly you will have a demonstrable history of successfully hitting monthly job start targets.

We are also open to applications from candidates from the recruitment sector or those with transferable skills.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
