Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for experienced Careers Advisors who hold a minimum NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) IAG qualification.

You will work with adult job seekers within job centres and community venues.  Working both face to face and virtually (during lockdown), you will deliver effective, labour market focused careers information, advice and guidance to support your customers to move closer to securing employment or full time education.

You’ll be responsible for conducting initial interventions and you will manage a caseload of customers via the telephone/video chats.  You will create SMART action plans and ensure that all engagement is completed to National Service, SFA, Ofsted and Matrix standards.

Due to the mature of this role you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
