Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Outbound Sales Executives to make ‘warm’ outbound calls to promote the features and benefits of a youth engagement programme to parents across the North West.

Responding to web enquiries and you will make outbound calls to parents to promote the summer school and you will handle any objections to close the sale over the phone before taking payment.

It is essential that you have previous sales experience including working to targets, a good telephone manner and you will be engaging and passionate about delivering a high level of customer service at all times. 

You must be available to work evenings and weekends.  You will be assigned a set weekly rota working between 19-22 hours.  The office hours are Mondays - Fridays 4.30pm – 8.00pm & Weekends 10.00am – 6.00pm.  

Due to the nature of this role and the customers you will encounter, you will be required to complete an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check.
