Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls to sell a youth engagement summer programme to parents.

Working from warm leads, you will respond to web enquiries and you will call parents to discuss the features and benefits of the programme.  You will handle any objections and close the sales over the phone and then you will take payment.

You will have previous sales experience, a good telephone technique, you will be engaging and passionate about delivering a high level of customer service at all times.  You will have previous experience working to call targets and sales targets.

You must be available to work within the following shift patterns:

Mondays - Fridays 5.30pm – 9.00pm & Weekends 10.00am – 6.00pm (working 19.5-22 hours per week).  If you are not available to work within these times you will not be selected for interview.

Due to the nature of this role and the customers you will encounter, you will be required to complete an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check.
