We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager
to manage a welfare to work contract that supports unemployed job seekers to
gain sustained employment via intensive employability interventions.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery and
support staff to ensure key deliverables are met and job seekers transition in
to sustained employment. You will ensure
that caseloads are effectively managed and all KPI’s and job start targets are
met in order to maximise outcomes expected by commissioners.
Working with multiple stakeholders you will have a proven
track record in managing all aspects of contract delivery, performance
management, overseeing effective content creation and MI reporting. You will also be confident in delivering
presentations on performance to stakeholders, commissioners and the local LEP
