Admin Assistant / Export Admin

Up to £24,000

Manchester

Full Time - Permanent

 

Role Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced admin assistant who will be responsible for all administrative support within a busy medical supplies company.

 

You will have extensive filing experience and due to the nature of the orders and credit funder requirements - all sales requests/invoices will be paper-based.  You will develop a new filing system which will manage all paper-based correspondence including; orders, PO requests, invoices, credit applications, export/import documents etc. and you will develop both a hard copy and cloud based system.

 

You will be highly methodical and be able to liaise with customers worldwide.  You will ideally have experience working with export/import documentation, certificates of origin, compliance, regulations, sales/invoice procedures and a second language would be beneficial.

 

However for the right candidate full training as mentioned above will be offered.
