FULL DESCRIPTION:Administration Assistant
I am currently recruiting for my client, an established company based in Manchester.
The main purpose of the role is to support the business development team with a variety of administration duties.
• Purchase orders on systems, for expenses such as dinners, drinks, events, venues etc.
• Booking rooms for meetings.
• Typing meeting notes.
• Handling telephone enquiries.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• General administration support.
What are we looking for?
As the ideal candidate, you will have worked as an administrator in a similar role previously.
• General administration experience
• Dealing with communicate at all levels.
• Excellent I.T. skills (Use of Microsoft Office applications)
• Excellent organisational skills.
