Customer Service Administrator
Manchester City Centre
£16, 000
37Hours Per Week

My Client is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation that is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to deal with all inbound enquiries.
The job includes following duties:
• Taking calls form external companies such as Jobcentre Plus to take booking for our monthly courses and inputting referral details onto pre-formatted spreadsheet
• Taking calls from student sand referral agencies who may have queries about certificates, course dates and other general queries
• Photocopying of learner’s starter packs and portfolios
• Scanning certificates and auditable student paperwork into a central system – we use both MAYTAS & ESYNCS
• Posting certificates out using recorded delivery including writing each address into post book
• Calling students to book tests, advise them that CSCS cards have arrived
• Phoning ex-students to confirm their current employment status
• Liaising with admin colleagues and tutors to ensure all paperwork is ready for each course (15-20 courses per month with 9-15 clients per course )
• Must be willing to be trained on MYTAS and ESYNCS
• Attention to detail very important
• Must have good communication and IT skills
• Will be working in a very busy team
