We can offer training academies that support career growth and can provide you with access to additional support through our partners that offer guidance and advice for homelessness, mental health & wellbeing, further training, and volunteering.
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and supportive – we will always arrange a phone call with you to introduce ourselves. We’ll also meet with you in person to discuss your career goals, your personal needs, work experience and any training that we might be able to offer you.
Our training courses (Level 1 City and Guilds) comprise of industry-regulated modules to give you theoretical and hands-on experience of a specific role. Some of our most popular courses include:
- The Housekeeping Academy
- Introduction to Facilities
- Customer Services
- Building Attendant
Additional support and modules (e.g English, Maths and interview skills) are also available and on completion of a course, you’ll be invited to an interview with us and if we believe you are job-ready, you’ll be offered a position in a relevant role.
When placed in a role, we’ll keep in touch to make sure you’re settling into your new job and be on hand to answer any questions - including things like benefits, payroll and annual leave.
Supporting business in Greater Manchester
We know that recruitment underpins growth and productivity, so we’ve launched the Aspire in Partnership – a professional service that helps drive new talent and skills into your business.
Our Training Academies typically last 1-3 weeks and are designed to upskill candidates to be job-ready. They cover all aspects of work ethics, behaviour in the workplace, dress code, health and safety, regulation and organisational procedures.
As an experienced recruitment agency, we can support you with all your recruitment needs by providing fully trained candidates through our Academy programmes, right through to senior roles with our experienced recruitment team.
We can also signpost you to other Growth Company services.
